Installation
Screwed to a frame or slab
Woodium is screwed to a steel frame, wood frame or concrete slab. Plan joint types and positions before you start, keep every screw in one line, and fill butt joints with PU sealant.

Use #7 screws. Keep each screw 25 mm from the panel edge.
Five steps per screw

Pre-drillDrill a pilot hole through the panel.

CounterboreMake the counterbore wider than the screw head.

Screw inScrew into the frame. On concrete, drill the slab and insert a plastic plug first.

Cover the screw headFill the hole with tile grout using a 1 inch scraper.

FinishFlatten when half-dry, sand smooth with #240 paper, then clean off the rest.
